Sign Makers Lab Return Policy
At Sign Makers Lab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer exchanges or refunds for defective or damaged items only. To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After review, our team may offer a repair, replacement, full refund, or store credit, depending on the nature and extent of the issue identified on our end.
Sign Makers Lab Warranty
All our signs come with a 12-month warranty that covers damaged components due to manufacturing faults. The resolution, whether repair or replacement, will be determined jointly by Sign Makers Lab and the buyer after assessing the cause of the issue.
Warranty Coverage for Hard-Wired and Installed Signs
Please note that Sign Makers Lab is not responsible for any installation or uninstallation costs. If your sign arrives damaged or missing hardware, contact our support team immediately and include photos or videos as proof. However, damage that occurs during installation or improper handling is not covered under our warranty.
Sign Makers Lab Returns Procedure
To start a return, email us at solutions@signmakerslab.com and explain the reason for return. In the case of a damaged product, please attach clear images or videos for evaluation purposes. Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will guide you through the next steps.
If a return is approved, the faulty product must be shipped back to us along with all original packaging and accessories within 14 days of receiving the item.
If a replacement is agreed upon, we will dispatch the new product as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If a refund has been approved, our team will assist you through the entire refund process after confirmation.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking ID. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
