Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed, your custom sign will be carefully crafted and shipped to your door within 5–7 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please note that our courier partners may require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.

All custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed and moved into production.

If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited production options. Rush orders typically require a minimum of 10 business days for processing and completion, and additional fees may apply.

Damages

At Sign Makers Lab, we take great pride in delivering exceptional quality, precision craftsmanship, and premium design. Every custom sign undergoes thorough inspection and quality checks at each production stage before shipment.
While transit damage is rare, it can occasionally occur. Please follow these steps if you notice any issues:

  • Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
  • If you discover any damage or defect, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • Please take clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging, and email them to our team for review.
  • Retain all original packaging materials until your claim has been assessed.

Once we receive your report, our team will promptly reach out with the next steps for resolution.
